2015 - Big Announcement!!

So here we are.... 2015....and guess what...WE'RE BUILDING ANOTHER STUDIO!! Yep, we're moving locations in the very near future, but until you hear any further we are still in our New Windsor, NY location. We obviously couldn't be more excited to share this great news with everybody. The new studio will be much larger and a huge improvement over our current setup. We will have a more comfortable control room and live room, bigger lounge with an eat in kitchen and a dedicated mastering room. We are truly anticipating this new studio to be an ideal "Destination Studio" where you can spend your time crafting albums/songs of your dreams. We can't wait to unveil it to the world!

My Chemical Romance - In The Studio 2002

After 12 years, the most epic of epic videos has surfaced. The making of the 2002 My Chemical Romance classic album "I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love" recorded by John Naclerio with producers Geoff Rickly and Alex Saavedra. The video had been sitting in a dresser drawer, still in the camera that it was shot on, and given to us by it's original owner Alex (Eyeball) Saavedra. Alex was the man responsible for finding this legendary band and pushing them to the forefront with his label Eyeball Records. The rest is history.....

The footage shows the location of the original recording studio in the basement of producer John Naclerio's home. As of 2014, we are currently in our 11th year at our world class facility at 127 John Street, New Windsor, NY, but are planning a move to Montgomery, NY in the near future. Stay tuned for more updates!!

We hope you enjoy this video as much as we did!!

We Are The In Crowd recently spent a huge chunk of the summer at the studio recording and shooting videos for Pink and Brand New covers as well as pre-production for their upcoming full length for Hopeless Records. They are currently sweeping the UK by storm playing sold out concerts and also playing the MAIN STAGE at this years Reading Festival. Keep kicking butt guys!!

Nightmares for a Week had their song "Dead Men" from the album Civilian War selected by the official online Paintball World Series The RECKONING Series as the season 2 theme song.

American Authors had their song "Best Day of My Life" (produced by Shep Goodman and mastered at Nada) get picked up for The History Channel for their official commerical. The song is also in rotation at the TGI Fridays chain.

Old school records that were recorded at Nada back in the day were featured on BuzzFeed.com. They can be found here, here and here.

Goodbye 2012, Hello 2013!!

As 2012 comes to a close, so does another great year here at Nada Recording. I couldn't think of a better way for this year to end than have one of my favorite bands, Nightmares For A Week, come back to record their next full length record "Civilian War". I'd also like to personally thank every band, artist and producer who has made Nada their home and outlet for all of their creative dreams. 2013 will mark our 18th year in business and our 10th year in our current location.
